Returns Specialist

The Returns Specialist is responsible for managing the entire returns process, from receiving and palletizing returned items to logging them into our Salesforce CRM and preparing them for quality control and recycling. This role ensures that all returned products are handled efficiently and accurately, maintaining high standards of organization and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receiving and Palletizing
   • Receive Deliveries:

2. Unboxing and Sorting
   • Sort and Categorize Items:
   • Items to be Sorted:
   • Categorization Criteria:
3. Logging in Salesforce
   • Login Items:
   • Daily Incoming Log:
4. Processing Returned Machines
   • Separate Machines:
   • Prepare for QC:
5. Processing Returned Oils:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is preferred.
• Proficiency in using Sales Force or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes and pallets.

Work Environment:

• This position involves working in a warehouse setting with frequent physical activity, including lifting and moving boxes.
• Safety protocols must be followed at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay and Schedule:

• $16hr
• Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
• 401K
• M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
