Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who is fluent in both English and Japanese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, driving efficiency and improving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases to support proposed changes and enhancements.
- Create detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to support business process improvements.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Support the implementation of process improvements, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in documenting processes and requirements.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio for documentation and presentations.
