Lead Business Analyst

TechOp Solutions is seeking a Lead Business Analyst with exceptional communication skills, extensive experience in commercial and government administration of IT systems The ideal candidate will be inquisitive, efficient, and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment. They should be adept at supporting a team and collaborating closely with Government clients. The Lead Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, developing effective solutions, and facilitating continuous improvement within Government IT systems.

Must Reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia)

Responsibilities include:

• Government IT Systems Administration
• TRIRIGA Software System Management
• Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
• Process Improvement and Change Management
• Business Needs Analysis and Solution Development
• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization
• Apply Agile, Scrum methodologies
• Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related from an accredited University and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial/government administration of Government IT systems  
• Assocaites degree with 7+years
• Five years’ experience working with the IBM TRIRIGA software system
• Experience in TRIRIGA systems architecture and function.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum or similar methodologies
