What You’ll Do?
- Work closely with internal teams such as Risk, Compliance, and Product to improve fraud prevention strategies and optimize detection systems.
- Develop and maintain monitoring mechanisms to identify suspicious merchant behaviors and take proactive measures.
- Lead the Merchant Fraud team, develop new strategies to minimize the risks of fraud,
- Preparing reports to the management about the risks of fraud by analyzing the relevant data,
- Check the eligibility of new merchants joining our system and take necessary actions,
- Creation of new rules by following fraud trends,
- Providing training and mentoring to support the development of the team,
- Taking part in the shift arrangements and performance evaluation processes of the team.
Who You Are?
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or a related field.
- At least 6 years of professional job experience in a Fraud position.
- Master the functioning of paying transactions such as debit card, POS, ATM, bank transfers, e-wallets.
- Dominance with relevant regulations such as BDDK, MASAK and KVKK.
- Preferably advanced knowledge of English.
- Have analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Confident in their managerial skills.
