THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Success Senior Manager to our Partner Success  team in Mexico! 

This role is to join the Mexico Partnerships team, responsible for managing a our top Wish List partners and prospects. As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring our top prospects to Wellhub, managing complex negotiations as well as supporting other members of the team with their accounts. The position will work closely with the team leaders to refine and improve business development strategy in Mexico and strengthen our approach in the fitness industry. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a market that is really gaining momentum on the Fitness Industry and excited to have a game-changer candidate to take them to the next level.

YOUR IMPACT

• Responsible for managing relationships in the area of gym affiliation, sports centers, and fitness studios with the mission of executing and achieving the established goals to build a quality network for our users.
• Identify new opportunities in the fitness market and potential growth drivers.
• Drive and maximize the affiliations of sports centers, generating profitable and healthy growth for the business.
• Maintain a high volume of activity with gyms, including calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Manage expectations and overcome objections that may arise in relationships with internal and external clients.
• Execute monthly/quarterly development reports on the progress of the affiliation team.
• Work closely with the Client Sales, Client Success, and Activation teams to plan and execute expansion and coverage projects for our network.
• Establish and develop sales and performance goals, ensuring their achievement and progress.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

• Professional with strong commercial expertise;
• Advanced level English is essential;
• Experience in startups is desirable.
• You are tenacious and goal-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects;
• High adaptability to a fast-growing organization;
• Outgoing and enthusiastic with strong communication skills;
