Title : ETL Developer
Location: Montpelier, VT
Duration – 6+ Months **NO H1Bs and OPTs**
Rate : Market
Candidate will be responsible for the design, development and support of ETL (Extraction, Transformation and Loading) components. This includes the tuning of the ETL processes, and creation of the technical and system specification documents necessary to support ETL processes. Candidate must participate in the development and execution of unit and system test plans.
Requirements:

At least 5 years full life cycle software development experience
At least 5 years of experience in SQL Server T-SQL database development (data modeling, stored procedures, functions and query optimization).
At least 3 years of experience in SSRS/SSIS and ETL development.
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Desire and ability to clearly communicate with colleagues at all levels
Ability to create complex, high performance stored procedures in SQL Server 2012/2014
Ability to create complex, high-performance views in SQL Server 2012/2014

Other Requirements:

Expert level proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or 2014, including T-SQL.
Experience in database-related performance tuning.
Working knowledge in data modeling.
Business Analyst experience preferred but not required.
