Job Description  

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through expansion and cross-selling strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our mid-market level clients. This role will be responsible for growing revenues with existing customer base through expansions, cross selling, upselling and renewal support.   
   
We need an energetic, strategic, & passionate person who will be responsible for increasing the value of our relationship with our Mid-Market customers through building solid relationships and offering the right solution to meet their objectives. As an Account Manager, you will ensure that our customers are getting everything they need to make the most out of their investment with Workleap. You will act as a consultant with every customer interaction by quickly building credibility & sharing your unlimited Workleap knowledge.      

So, what will your new role actually look like?   

Revenue Growth:     

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue expansion targets.   
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success, Product and marketing to drive growth initiatives.  
  • Willingness to trial new ways to get customer attention and increase network.

Strategic Planning:   

  • Analyze client usage patterns and industry trends to proactively identify growth opportunities. 
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to ensure maximum value delivery and customer satisfaction.   

Retention: 

  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.   
  • Ensure clients are maximizing the value of our solutions and are aware of potential features, products and enhancements.   

What will your future team look like?       

As an Account Manager at Workleap, you will be joining a sales team that have a team-first mentality, taking pride in winning and growing together. Incredibly collaborative, innately motivated and invested in continuous learning, this team is unlike your normal sales team. We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. Our team is evolving in a fast-paced sales environment while educating clients on how to get the most out of their employees’ experience.    

You’ll be joining a team of 4 dedicated Account Managers, 1 Account Development Rep and 10 Customer Success Managers.  

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?     

  • Increase engagement with our customers through consultative approach.    
  • Increase our customer knowledge of the entire Workleap ecosystem of products.   
  • Help maintain and increase the renewal rate and ACV.     
  • Work with our customers to find new contacts and departments to further invest in Workleap.     

Qualifications   

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, Account Management or Customer Success with ambitious revenue growth targets;        
  • Experience in identifying opportunities for expansion;   
  • Proven track record of identifying client objectives and providing recommendations to overcome them;       
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations;
  • Excellent communication in English (written and spoken) – French would be an asset as well; 
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Suite;      
  • Tech sales experience (SaaS & Outbound);       
  • Experience with Hubspot.
