We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through expansion and cross-selling strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our mid-market level clients. This role will be responsible for growing revenues with existing customer base through expansions, cross selling, upselling and renewal support.
We need an energetic, strategic, & passionate person who will be responsible for increasing the value of our relationship with our Mid-Market customers through building solid relationships and offering the right solution to meet their objectives. As an Account Manager, you will ensure that our customers are getting everything they need to make the most out of their investment with Workleap. You will act as a consultant with every customer interaction by quickly building credibility & sharing your unlimited Workleap knowledge.

As an Account Manager at Workleap, you will be joining a sales team that have a team-first mentality, taking pride in winning and growing together. Incredibly collaborative, innately motivated and invested in continuous learning, this team is unlike your normal sales team. We put our customers first, which drives a different sort of sale. Our team is evolving in a fast-paced sales environment while educating clients on how to get the most out of their employees’ experience.
You’ll be joining a team of 4 dedicated Account Managers, 1 Account Development Rep and 10 Customer Success Managers.
