The Team

• An international team (with more than 30 nationalities) with complementary education and experience in the investment, medical, scientific, strategic and operational sectors

• Composed of alumni from: INSEAD, Berkeley, Georgetown, Bocconi, HEC Paris, Ponts et Chaussées, ESSEC, Imperial College, Dartmouth, etc.

• Professional backgrounds: Private Equity (3i, Siparex, USS Ltd, Barings, capiton), Consulting (A.T. Kearney, Bain, McKinsey), M&A (Lazard, EY, KPMG, PwC), Industry (Biotronik, Cerba, Pharmacy, Veterinary)

The Recruitment Intern will support the Recruitment Team in various activities related to the hiring process.

This role will provide exposure to different aspects of recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Assist in Job Postings:
    • Draft and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
    • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and appealing.
  • Candidate Screening:
    • Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Interview Coordination:
    • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Prepare interview materials and coordinate interview logistics.
    • Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Database Management:
    • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status updates.
    • Ensure all candidate data is accurately recorded and organized.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment.
    • Support the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
