- We are partnering with the Benedictine Sisters to hire a dedicated, compassionate Nurse Aide, CNA, or HHA to provide resident-focused, quality care for elder Benedictine sisters in a small convent home environment in Bakerstown, PA (near Gibsonia, close to Route 8).
- A CNA license is NOT required.
- The pay rate is $23 per hour PLUS a hiring incentive of $75.00/month.
- This position is full-time (32 hours per week) scheduled to work on afternoons (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and overnights (11:00 pm - 7: 00 am).

Responsibilities:
- Our Nurse Aide / CNA / Caregiver provides direct care to elder Benedictine sisters including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, dining, transporting, and restorative care and cleaning. Maintains neatness of resident care areas including resident room and removes trash as needed. Makes beds and changes resident bed linens and assists with cleaning areas as needed. May assist with washing, drying, folding, ironing, and putting away resident clothing.
- Our Nurse aides are responsible for documenting care for the sisters as required and communicating with residents, family members, management, and staff to ensure resident quality care. This position also assists and collaborates with the nursing staff with duties related to the ongoing needs of the residents according to established standards.

Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Long-term resident care or home care experience is preferred but not required.
- Certified Nurse Aide certification on file with the state in which the health services are located is a PLUS but not required.
