Job Description:

Webrageous, a leading digital marketing agency, is seeking an innovative and strategic leader to step into the role of a Virtual President. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a strong background in client management and a high level of intellectual acuity to oversee our portfolio of niche clients, including individuals starting their business journeys.

Position Overview: As the Virtual President of Webrageous, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that their marketing campaigns are executed to perfection. This role requires a leader who can read between the lines, anticipate client needs, and align their strategies to ensure everything is in order. You will initially manage around 20 or more clients so you get to know the clientele. And then focus on managing employees and business development.

This is a hands-on role that demands a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly PPC, and the ability to lead by example. The ideal candidate will have their stars aligned—meaning they possess exceptional organizational skills, high intelligence, and a natural ability to bring order and success to complex scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Start off managing a portfolio of 20+ unique clients, ensuring their campaigns are effective and aligned with their business goals. These clients are often individuals new to the business world.
• Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement strategic plans that reflect client objectives while maximizing profitability and ensuring all operations run smoothly.
• Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example, actively managing client campaigns, and setting a high standard for service and performance.
• Profit Sharing: Drive the company towards growth, with the opportunity to earn 10% of the increase in profits each year for the operations you oversee.
• High-Level Decision Making: Utilize your high IQ to make decisions that will impact both the client’s success and the company’s growth trajectory.
• Remote Operations Management: Oversee remote operations, ensuring accountability through tools like ScreenshotMonitor.com.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and directors to align client strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within digital marketing or a related field.
• Must be willing to use screen sharing tools such as screen monitoring tools for daily operations.
• Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to manage and grow relationships with individuals new to business.
• High intellectual acuity, with the ability to understand complex scenarios and bring order to them.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to align strategies and operations effectively.
• Experience with digital marketing, particularly PPC campaigns, is required.
• Proficiency with remote working tools and managing virtual teams.

Compensation:
