Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT team, ensuring smooth operation and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including networks, servers, and software applications.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks.
- Identify and recommend new technological solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to IT services and products.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Experience in leading IT projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Needed Certifications:
- Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- ITIL Certification
