This position will be a Remote role and you will be working closely with the team in the United States through video chat, instant messaging, e-mail, phone, and through our software. Job brief

We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to develop and maintain functional and secure networks. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize our networks for our users. In this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and a thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture. If you’re also passionate about security and data protection, we’d like to meet you.

Note: We need candidates those residence is Hyderabad

Responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and integrity

• Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure

• Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness

• Create, oversee and test security measures (e.g. access authentication and disaster recovery)

• Communicate with users when needed

• Maintain complete technical documentation

• Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability

Requirements

• 10+ experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Lead.

• Professional certification (e.g. CCNP, CCDP)

• Solid background in network administration and architecture

• Hands-on experience in Network Data Center planning/design/implementation, site-to-site tunnel setup and troubleshooting, VPN issues

• In-depth understanding of communication protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and RIP.

• Basic knowledge of 0365, AD, Server, and Database Infrastructure environment.

• Should have extensive knowledge and Implementation of Firewalls design

• Understand Client network Infrastructure (FW, Router, Proxy devices, etc) and analyze and advise the risk on existing setup.

• Familiarity with access control models and network security

• Should have Knowledge of working on the ITIL process.

• Worked on various tools like Nagios and ticketing tools like Remedy and ITSM

• Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g. SolarWinds network tools)

• Solid understanding of network operating systems (JUNOS, Cisco IOS)

• Basic knowledge of AD, Server, and Database Infrastructure environment.

• Sharp troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently

• Organizational and mentoring skills
