To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through delivering products with superior UX and nutritional values and deploy new technologies for competitive advantage.</p><p> </p><p><strong>YOUR CHALLENGE:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage in full autonomy a complex portfolio of R&D projects in all its phases from initial prototyping through to execution to the market.</li><li>Translate insights into actionable technical briefs in partnership with marketing and sales teams, based on solid consumer foundation and customer needs.</li><li>Collaborate with R&D Team members and partner functions to design, develop and execute new winning products, processes and packages,</li><li>Represent, advocate and influence on behalf of R&D in cross-functional Project meetings internally and externally and ensure alignment on project deliverables, actions standards and timing.</li><li>Complete proper Knowledge Management throughout the project lifecycle at the appropriate stages and maintain all product development records for intellectual property protection.</li><li>Leverage internal and external networks to progress projects.</li><li>Provide insight into the pipeline development via a thorough understanding of the consumer, ingredients and process functionality.</li><li>Process & nutritional support across the organization.</li><li>Budget & resources management.</li><li>Guide and support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle while fostering career development and enhancing employee engagement.</li><li>Serve as a versatile leader, demonstrating the ability to pivot between strategic leadership, operational execution, and hands-on problem-solving as needed.
