Brief Scope	Supports end to end delivery of projects for credit card system, Lead

Field of Study	Computer Science or IT related
Certification	B. Science

2.Skills & Attributes
The following skills are required to be successful in performing this position:

Skills & Attributes
Must have (maximum of 5 bullet points)	Working experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems. Must possess at least 10-year experience in CICS, COBOL, JCL, VSAM, MVS, z/OS and mainframe environment Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile project delivery and DEVOPS tools. Ability to prioritise and work on multiple tasks/ projects. Possess self-initiative and work with minimal supervision.
Nice to have	API/SOLACE/JAVA knowledge/skills. Automation skills Knowledge in Easytrieve, REXX, SAS, ABEND AID, FileAid, Endeavor, Expeditor would be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders on new requirements.
Provides technical guidance to junior developers.
Analysis of user stories and assessment of changes required in the system.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective)
Story points estimation and sub-task estimation.
Design program specifications aligning to COBOL/JCL coding best practices for efficient system performance
Perform Cobol/CICS program coding and testing
JIRA/ Confluence updates
User Acceptance Testing support that includes test environment set-up/configuration, batch execution and responding to business queries and clarifications.
Supports project deployment activities and post implementation monitoring.
Supports production issue investigation and resolution whenever need arises.
