Skill Required
Micro Controller Familiarity -- Renesas- RL78K, RH850 , NXP, MIcrochip,
Hands on experience in designing schematics for Micro controller based power circuits, Telltale circuits, display (LCD, TFT), network Interface circuits (SPI, CAN, I2C) etc.
Hands on experience in designing PCB layout Design with EMI/EMC compliant
Layers from 2 to 4 layers mandatory, more preferable
Experience on Electronics component selections, Package identifications, arriving at component Deratings, doing EMI/EMC simulations for circuits.
Developed HW design for Clusters/ECUs preferable
ASIL A/B design of electric circuits exposure preferable
Role:-
Schematics Design
PCB Design with EMI/EMC compliance preferred
PCB Bench Testing,
EMI/EMC Testing in ARAI / NABL certified Labs
Support DFMEA, PFMEA
Develop PCB in compliance to APQP / PPAP process
