· Key creative execution for client and team, and sometimes for third-parties.
· Takes ownership on creative planning, execution, and impressing client.
· Maintains internal standards
· Note: Community Management and Outreach work may be included
· Ideation: Providing creative solutions to marketing challenges.
· Execution: Planning marketing activities and writing copy.
· Feedback: Providing suggestions internally and sometimes externally.
· Updates: Providing retainer and campaign execution status internally.
· Delivery: Retainer and campaign creative execution.
· Analysis: Retainer and campaign creative performance.
· Half of a Copy + Acc duo.
· Time Management: Meeting deadlines.
· Executional Quality: Increasing marketing results.
· Communications Efficiency: Saving time.
· Trello/Asset Updates: Supporting organization.
· Information/Data Integration: Digesting insights to inform future decisions.
· Retainer/Campaign Participation: Demonstrating commitment.
· Marketing Fluency: Broadening industry knowledge.
· Agency Knowledge: Using agency pitch frameworks.
· Agency Engagement: Volunteering for agency activities.
Requirements
Languages: Good English
· Experience: Around 2 years of experience in marketing doing content planning or copywriting.
· Any design or video editing skills are preferred but not necessary
