We are a non-hierarchical team seeking a highly charismatic and influential Chief of Vibes to lead our community-building efforts. This role demands a magnetic personality with a strong presence on X (formerly Twitter) or similar platforms, someone who knows how to bring good energy and foster connections in the Web3 space. As the face of Analog, you’ll leverage your community and digital influence to build our reputation and drive growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the Face of Analog: Represent the brand as a public figure on social media, at events, and in the Web3 community. Share engaging, vibe-filled content that resonates with your audience and expands Analog’s reach.
- Build Relationships: Develop and nurture collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and other blockchain projects to create a thriving community and enhance Analog’s reputation.
- Create the Vibes: Drive excitement and positivity through creative and high-energy campaigns, AMAs, and events that reflect Analog’s mission and culture.
- Design Community Experiences: Build and sustain a vibrant community experience by crafting engaging onboarding journeys, retention campaigns, and interactive initiatives that foster loyalty and enthusiasm.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of authentic and compelling content across blogs, X, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms to keep the Analog community inspired and informed.
- Champion Thought Leadership: Represent Analog at industry events, webinars, and podcasts to share your unique perspective and grow the brand’s influence in Web3.
- Campaigns and Promotions: Execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive user adoption, promote partnerships, and celebrate key milestones like TGE and mainnet launches.
- Community Analytics: Stay attuned to community feedback and social trends to optimize Analog’s outreach and improve engagement strategies.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align community initiatives with company goals and product developments.
- Support Public Relations: Collaborate with PR teams to craft narratives that resonate with your audience and strengthen Analog’s position in the Web3 ecosystem.
About You
- Influence and Charisma: You’re a well-known personality with a large and engaged community on X or other social platforms. People love your energy and your ability to bring people together.
- Experience: 3+ years in roles that involve community engagement, influencer campaigns, or digital presence, preferably in the Web3 space.
- Partnership Expertise: Proven ability to collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and strategic partners to drive meaningful connections and campaigns.
- Web3 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, DApps, and the crypto landscape.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to captivate audiences and build relationships.
- Creative and Proactive: A trendsetter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to take risks to make a statement.
- Global Perspective: Comfortable working with diverse teams and audiences across the globe.
