ROLE:
Developer needed with Kronos experience. IU Health is moving from Kronos WorkforceCentral 7.0.15 to 8.1 while integrating with Oracle Cloud ERP. Assist with the interface development, testing, configuration and support technical support.
REQUIRED:
• Experienced in development of Kronos interfaces, working with both on-prem and cloud applications
• Familiarity with the Kronos database tables and fields
• Implementing, upgrading and supporting application systems
• Recent experience with configuration, reporting, maintenance
• Functional knowledge/understanding of Kronos Scheduling concepts:
o Employees who work multiple positions vs employees who float to different departments/jobs
o Schedule Periods vs Shift Patterns
o EE Self Scheduling of Shifts and Shift Swaps
o Hospital Census and how it impacts nursing schedules
o Labor Level Accounts vs Jobs and Organizational mappings
DESIRED:
*Experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP products is a plus.
*Experience working with Kronos Timekeeping, Scheduling and Workforce Integrations Management (WIM) tools is preferred.
