Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Daily communication with clients via telephone, email, and chat
· Ensure customer service issues are resolved by liaising with other departments and stores
· Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
· Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analyses
· Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skill
· Respond to pricing, billing, order status, late deliveries, and proof of delivery issues
· Ensure pricing, operating principles, and procedures are followed
· Controlling the flow of E-Commerce orders through our website and software
· Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
· Ability to multitask/ organizational skills
· Plan, define, and implement website changes and functional improvements
· Maintain and update the online marketing plan by coordinating with the marketing team
· Inventory updates and label printing
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications and skills:
· E-commerce & customer support experience in a retail environment
· CMS skills and experience e.g. Woo commerce and Salesforce
· Digital content creation & management
· Familiar with data management
· Previous experience with a website or e-commerce CMS
· Extremely driven individual with proven success in motivating and building strong teams
· Ability to build rapport with clients and work in a team environment
· Outgoing and fun personality
· Highly motivated
· A basic understanding of Google products such as Google Shop & Analytics would be desirable
· Fluent verbal and written English and French (Preferred) with spelling and typing accuracy
