Lead Airline Aircraft Detailer - Full Time Day Shift

Based at Nashville International Airport (BNA), we are seeking a hard-working entry level team lead that is passionate about quality, teamwork, and aviation. Prior experience in leadership, supervisor, or management in a fast-paced teamwork environment experience preferred.

Job Description: First Shift work is available, typical working hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday Through Friday.

• You will be responsible hands on leading of teams, for the cleaning and detailing of our customer’s airline aircraft!
• Aircraft interior services include but are not limited to the cleaning and disinfection of the galley, cockpit, seating areas, carpet, and cabin.
• Aircraft exterior services include but are not limited to detailing the exterior of the aircraft, wiping, buffing and much more! 

• Use hand scrubbers to remove Corrosion Inhibiting Compound.
• Working with a high level of detail while standing, crouching, or lying down 6 to 8 hours per day
• Medically cleared to wear an N-100 respirator and perform highly physical work in high temperatures during summer months.
• The candidate needs to be highly reliable, able to lead and manage teams of various sizes.
• The candidate must be open to working overtime when aircraft demand is high.
• The candidate must communicate well by phone, text, and email.
• The candidate must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $20.00 Per Hour

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and obtain airport badging. This requires two forms of identification.

• Must be able to pass a drug test (this includes the recreational use of Marijuana)

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation. Must be willing to drive a company vehicle in an aircraft environment.

• Capable of bending, twisting, lifting for extended periods of time.

• Perform general manual labor and willing to work at heights when needed.

• Ability to travel to other locations is a plus.

• Veterans must provide the form DD214 of discharge information if applicable.
