Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Website Administrator/Java Developer to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
- Must have an ACTIVE U.S. Government SECRET Clearance. (Sponsorship will not be provided)
- Will manage and administer Oracle WebLogic Application Server, configure, monitor, and set up security connections. Will design and deploy applications that interact with IBM MQ Server and ensuring secure messaging through WebSphere MQ and Java Messaging Service. Will oversee system operations on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments, alongside developing and maintaining documentation for disaster recovery, security protocols, and coding standards. Additionally, will migrate systems to Military and Government Azure environments and ensure compliance with accessibility standards stated Section 508.
Requirements:
- Must have an ACTIVE U.S. Government SECRET Clearance. (Sponsorship will not be provided)
- Must have one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, CND, SSCP,CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP.
- Must have 5+ years of related experience.
- Must be willing and able to support on-site meetings at Fort Belvoir, VA as needed.
Programming Languages & Development Tools
- Must have hands-on experience with Java, Python, WebLogic Scripting, Linux Shell scripting, C#, HTML, and JavaScript.
- Must have previous experience in Java Programming - J2EE, Struts 2 framework, Model View Controller (MVC) practices, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Swing, Java messaging service (JMS/MQ Series), and command line.
- Must have previous experience in Perl, C#.Net, SQL, and PL/SQL programming.
- Must have hands-on experience using Java development tools such as JDeveloper, Eclipse (OEPE ed.), Java SDK, Java Runtime; ability to compile Java class files, create and deploy .WAR files.
- Must have hands-on experience using Java build tools such as Apache Ant and Maven to build .WAR files with hash signature files and build .JAR library files from Maven and/or GIT repository for inclusion in Web applications.
- Hands-on experience with Source Control tools such as GIT.
Web Development & Front-End Technologies
- Must have previous experience in Web Programming - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Material CSS, AngularJS, and Ajax.
- Must have hands-on experience in managing SSL Certificates using Oracle Wallet Manager, OpenSSL, and Java Keytool, and configuring WebLogic in the use of Certificates.
Middleware & Server Administration
- Must have previous hands-on experience in the Administration of Oracle WebLogic Application Server (version 12.1.3+).
- Must be able to install, configure, monitor, and service the components.
- Must be able to create diagnostic modules, set up alerts and notifications using WebLogic Diagnostic Framework and WLST scripting.
- Must possess knowledge of security realms, authentication providers, and have experience with setting up connections between WebLogic and Oracle Identity Management servers.
- Must have previous demonstrated experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager to configure OEM to connect to WebLogic Server, install OEM Agent on WebLogic Server, and set up various targets on the OEM servers to monitor the physical server plus the Admin Console Server, Managed Server, and web applications installed under the WebLogic server.
- Must have hands-on experience with IBM MQ Series channels.
- Must have previous experience designing, creating, and deploying applications to interact with IBM MQ Server.
- Must be able to download data, prepare it for data loading, log information, and send emails.
Operating Systems & System Administration
- Must have hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) development and production environments.
- Must have hands-on experience using command line in RHEL, SSH, FTP service (Windows), Team Foundation Server (install, configure, administration) (Windows), and Scheduled Tasks in Windows 2008 server.
- Must have hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, SQLPlus, TOAD, and Oracle Database server.
- Must have hands-on experience managing Windows shares, shell scripting, RHEL, or Windows.
Messaging & Security
- Must have hands-on experience with Java Messaging Service.
- Must have hands-on experience with WebSphere MQ Server Admin/Development.
- Must have hands-on experience with ArcSight.
- Must have hands-on experience with Splunk.
- Must have previous demonstrated experience writing documentation, including Disaster Recovery, Threat Mitigation, Design Documents, and Coding Standards and Practices.
- Must have previous demonstrated working with application security testing software.
- Must have hands-on experience running a code scan, interpreting the code scan report, and mitigating findings.
Cloud & Compliance
- Must have previous demonstrated experience migrating servers and applications to Military and Government Azure development and production environments.
- Must have extensive understanding of assistive technology tools such as JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon, and Axe Monitoring tools.
- Must have knowledge of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d) compliancy requirements and standards.
Design & Visualization Tools
- Must have hands-on experience with design tools such as Visio.
Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with Source Control tools such as GIT.
