About the Role

As a Language Services Associate, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class, accurate and timely transcription of content regarding markets and company business insights.

You will work within the Content Platform team and support requests from our Client Services Team daily and work closely with different clients from the Investment and Consulting sectors.

As a Language Services Associate, you must be comfortable & confident transcribing sophisticated business English language quickly and accurately, with a focus on quality assurance of the final content and good research skills.

Requirements

What We Look For

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 2-4 years of working experience as a content transcription or translator.
• Great skill in identifying insights from the content, synthesizing key findings, and generating reports for internal or external clients.
• Excellent English for business skills including grammar and listening. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Experience managing internal or external clients' requirements, prioritizing multiple deliverables daily in coordination with teams located in Europe and the Americas region.
