Job Description:

Qualifications: 3-9 years' experience; Bachelor's degree
  • Should be proficient in Software Engineering Techniques, Software Engineering Architecture, Software Engineering Lifecycle and Data Management.
  • Should have progressing skills on Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Software Engineering Leadership, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design.
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions for BPM (Business Process Management) systems built using Pega.
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing detailed requirements analysis.
  • Documenting functional and business requirements documents.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, Architects, and development teams.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Business Analyst JD Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 4+ years' experience in business analysis for IT applications.
  2. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  3. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  4. Advanced techno-functional skills.
  5. Excellent documentation skills.
  6. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  7. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  8. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  9. A track record of following through on commitments.
  10. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  11. Experience leading and developing top performing teams and cross functional stake holders.
  12. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
