Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting Bolt’s operations by providing accurate and timely data analysis to inform business decisions. This position focuses on strategic planning, analysis, and marketplace management. The role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure the effective management of operational processes and support growth initiatives

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Strategic Planning Process: Assist in the preparation and execution of strategic plans and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)</point>
• <point>Forecast Planning: Support the monthly and quarterly forecast planning process to ensure accurate budget and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) alignment.</point>
• <point>OPEX Management: Assist in managing both direct and indirect operating expenses to optimize resource allocation.</point>
• <point>City Portfolio Review: Analyze and review the performance of city portfolios.</point>
• <point>Value Proposition Review: Conduct value proposition reviews to ensure competitive and compelling offering.</point>

<title>About you:</title>

• <point>You have BSc in Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.</point>
• <point>You have at least 2 years of experience in an analytical role dealing with data. Experience in consulting, pricing strategy, or the economy/on-demand services is a plus</point>
• <point>You are proficient in Excel; experience with Python and SQL is a plus; familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation techniques; experience with BI and data visualization tools</point>
• <point>You have strong ability to dive deep into data and provide actionable insights</point>
• <point>you have. good understanding of macroeconomic variables and trends</point>
• <point>You have ability to see the big picture and work on detailed analysis as required.</point>
• <point>You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.</point>
