Toast is scaling rapidly and with that growth comes an exciting new opportunity for a Treasury Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity located in Chennai, India to help support and execute on our Treasury strategy that will be critical to the operational excellence and analytical prowess of the department. Reporting into the Finance lead - Treasury Ops you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to support our core Treasury operations and processes as well as support our internal Fintech partnerships.  

About this roll* (responsibilities):

• Support strategy to manage short-term liquidity needs of Toast.
• Support KYC and routine banking documentation support. 
• Build funding requirements and FX forecast.
• Adhere and support global disbursements policy.
• Support Fintech team manual money-movement payments.
• Monitor bank accounts at partner banks to ensure the support of Toast’s contracted minimums. 
•  Support core Treasury documentation and process refinement. 

Do you have the right ingredients* (requirements):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Any professional certifications will be an added advantage
• 3+ years of  experience in Treasury (preferably SaaS/Fintech) with a background in finance. 
• Knowledge of  money movement, and core Treasury (Banking, Cash Management, Insurance) 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication skills, including strong writing and the ability to create high-quality presentations and materials.
• Strong partnership and support skills and the ability to collaboratively work with multiple stakeholders across the organization
• Advanced MS-Excel skills
• Exposure to Internal controls and SOX
• Experience with Treasury applications will be a plus
• To be flexible with working hours, overlapping with US timings
