Eram Talent is seeking an experienced FM Coordinator (Environmental and Landscaping) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage environmental and landscaping operations within facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement environmental management plans and strategies to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
- Manage landscaping projects, including selection of plants, irrigation systems, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate waste management processes, including recycling, disposal, and hazardous waste handling.
- Monitor and track environmental performance indicators, and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement environmental training programs for employees.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies and external vendors to ensure compliance with environmental requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging environmental regulations and best practices in facilities management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on environmental and landscaping operations.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
- Experience in landscaping and horticulture.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in environmental management tools and software.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Certification in facilities management or environmental management is a plus.
