What you’ll do as a Senior IT Systems Engineer

The IT Engineering team owns SaaS, IDP, Endpoint (Windows & Mac), and Google Workspace administration. Your work will be primarily project based, focused on supporting initiatives based on business priority. Your work will involve frequent use of API’s and programmatic interactions with our Cloud Hosted tools to make changes and gather data. The IT Engineering team also supports ticket escalations for issues that require deep troubleshooting and partnership with vendors/suppliers to resolve.

Skill Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years Systems and Endpoint Engineering, or related experience
• Curious and excited to learn
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize between many ongoing projects
• Administration of Google Workspace in an enterprise environment
• Cloud based MDM for Windows, Mac and mobile devices
• Experience as a primary admin of a Cloud IDP such as JumpCloud, Okta or PingIdentity
• Detailed understanding of endpoint management (Windows/Mac), patching and deploying software to large fleets of devices
• SaaS Administration, experience with SSO configuration
• Endpoint administration/orchestration via scripting and GPO
• Scripting knowledge utilizing Python, Powershell or Bash
• Comfortability with Cloud environments, GCP or AWS

Desirable Skills

• Windows endpoint management and orchestration
• Knowledge of DEX/DEM tooling
• Comfortability with Postman to utilize APIs
• SASE/SSE Experience
• Zero Trust Security architecture fundamentals
• General awareness of endpoint security tools and SecOps work, DLP, SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability management

The ideal candidate for this position is agile and capable of quickly learning new tools and technologies. You’ll need to be capable of diving deep when required, but also context-switching frequently depending on business needs. We want quick learners, someone that can grasp complex technical concepts and translate that tech into measurable business outcomes.
