The Head of Sales will be responsible for helping our clients in different industries to grow their business using Tiktok. You will be navigating through complex business situations, help clients to solve their challenges and contribute to growing our revenue with ad products. You need to utilize your strategic and analytical business skills, along with talent management skills to cultivate and lead the team. An ideal candidate will have a strong digital media sales track record in influencing c-level executives with global key accounts in CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto with team management experience to achieve our revenue objectives.
Main responsabilities:
- Build strong partnership with key clients and c-level executives in different industries focusing on, but not limited to CPG, Finance, Tel/Tech & Auto.
- Cultivate a team of ad sales managers to help them with increasing client base with strategic pitches, influencing C-level clients and analyzing client performance and revenue trend for inclusive solutions
- Manage the team by developing sales skills, coaching & training, building organizational structure including recruiting
- Sustain close communication and alignment with clients and local sales counterparts to maximize client strategies and engender trust and collaboration
- Establish managerial processes: annual planning, budget prioritization, impact measurement
- Regularly consult with local/regional sales leadership to enhance brand and product level positioning and engagement in their markets
Requirements and experience:
- Minimum qualification will be sales track record or experience in brand client side or understanding of branding ad/ full funnel marketing
- Minimum 10+ years of work experience in media sales role with knowledge in digital performance marketing and ad metrics from tech-driven companies or media platforms
- 3+ years of team and people management experience
- Deep understanding of ad tech partners' –structure, economics, processes, roles, clients etc. and have a genuine passion for business with strong network within fashion and/or finance industry
- Leadership skills – strong point of view with the ability to navigate clients, tech partners, and leverage existing relationships as well as building/fostering new relationships in a matrix organization
- Ability to lead, plan and manage extensive advertising budgets & campaigns
- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills
