As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in shaping campaign strategy and execution across all digital platforms. Our Digital Marketing team owns every step of the process, from ideation to campaign optimization, focusing on media planning, user acquisition, conversion funnel management, and ROI maximization.</p><p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversions across key channels.</li><li>Oversee the measurement of marketing performance using advanced analytics, leveraging MMPs, cloud infrastructure, and various data sources to gauge campaign success.</li><li>Generate and interpret data insights to shape impactful marketing strategies, manage user acquisition efforts, and identify new opportunities for growth.</li><li>You will be the campaign manager across platforms (Meta, Google, Direct Publishers)</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to meet acquisition and engagement goals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing objectives and ensure seamless campaign execution.</li><li>Provide actionable insights to improve the customer journey from acquisition to retention, creating a cohesive and engaging user experience.</li><li>Maintain an in-depth understanding of ad-tech platforms to drive innovation and enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 6-8 years in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in a B2C company.</li><li>Knowledge of how to optimize the customer journey in B2C companies to enhance user experience, engagement, and retention.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of the online marketing landscape, including self-serve platforms, publishers, OEMs, affiliates, and other channels.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>At Gridlogic, you’ll be part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing industry.
