As part of the Meesho growth team, we drive end-to-end structured growth for Meesho: from improving top of mind awareness to acquisition and activation of new users, all the way to engaging and retaining them, even resurrecting churned users. Beyond increasing the total active user base at Meesho, we are also the custodians of channelizing user intent in the most optimal way (managing homepage, leveraging deal constructs etc.), and increasing repeat preference for Meesho, through sale events and loyalty program. About the role
As the Manager of Growth, your key responsibility will be to optimize how we channel user intent across different customer segments—such as casual browsers, deal-seekers, and more—while driving repeat engagement and preference for Meesho. A key focus of your role will be to expand and innovate our Deals program. You will build compelling deal constructs that keep our users engaged and drive business growth for the platform. You’ll explore various use cases for sellers, crafting effective promotional strategies, and develop enticing offerings on platform that keep users coming back. Your goal: create deal properties that captivate our audience while solving seller use-cases, all while collaborating with a high-performing team and cross-functional stakeholders.
What you will do
- Define the vision for your charter, and take audacious goals on each sub-charter
- Break down vision into actionable problems, through a Problem first mindset and User-first thinking
- Work closely with org stakeholders and steer the projects till impact
- Closely study competitor and global benchmarks to identify new outside-in opportunities for growth
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree / MBA degree from a top tier institute is required
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably managing growth constructs (e.g. Sales, Deals); also open to consulting experience, with exposure to e-commerce or retail- Structured problem-solving skills, 10X thinking, Extreme ownership
- People management skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
