Ardent Learning is a leader in the Automotive Industry and has been creating and delivering training for over 25 years. We have partnered with the majority of manufacturers and provide training in sales, service, product launch as well as a variety of other functions. We're currently seeking an Automotive Facilitator to deliver in-dealership sales training throughout the Northern California region. This is a long-term contract opportunity and candidates must currently reside in/around San Francisco or Sacramento, CA.
An Ardent Facilitator will be responsible for organizing and conducting training focused on sales product and skills training. for a large OEM; sessions include a combination of In-Dealership Training, In-Dealership Consulting, traditional Instructor-Led Training and/or Workshops and Virtual Instructor-Led Training/Coaching. In 2025, there will be an in-person Train-the-Trainer (T3) event and approximately 42 weeks of facilitation, which will require a combination of flying and driving to reach dealerships within an assigned territory.

The compensation range for this contract (1099) role is $8,500 – $9,500 depending on final territory assignment.
