As a Senior Product Manager leading the Credit Reporting team, you will play a critical role in setting reporting standards for the BNPL industry while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of consumer loan information reporting to credit bureaus. This role offers a very high level of executive visibility, positioning you at the forefront of industry innovation. Your work will directly impact our consumers' financial lives by helping them build their credit profiles and ensuring the financial industry has a complete picture of their debt profiles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive excellence in our credit reporting processes globally.
What You'll Do
Define the product strategy and vision for the Credit Reporting team, responsible for reporting consumer loan information to credit bureaus.
Manage the strategy for all our markets globally, ensuring the accuracy of our consumer financial information.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, analytics, risk, compliance, legal, and operations to define and build end-to-end experiences.
Become an expert in our loan lifecycle and reporting standards for each country, translating these into credit reporting requirements.
Develop a comprehensive roadmap informed by analysis, testing, and consumer insights.
Lead end-to-end product launches, maintaining a high standard of accuracy with a low tolerance for risk.
Utilize analytics tools and metrics to monitor product performance, track KPIs, and report findings to leadership during monthly business reviews.
Work with external partners in the credit reporting industry (e.g. credit bureaus, credit score providers).
Stay informed of industry trends and changes in reporting standards, advocating for buy now, pay later products and influencing industry standards.
What We Look For
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, finance or payments-related industries. Regulatory experience is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully launching products at scale, supported by a clear and measured product strategy.
Experience designing products for internal and external partners, meeting stringent SLAs.
High standards for product launches, recognizing their critical importance to consumers' financial lives.
Ability to synthesize regulatory information into product requirements and collaborate closely with compliance, legal, engineering and risk stakeholders.
Solid technical background, capable of detailed technical discussions and forming strong technical opinions.
Exceptional relationship management and communication skills, adept at driving consensus across diverse teams and effectively engaging with leadership.
Strong analytical skills with a metrics-based approach to problem-solving.
Proactive, get-things-done attitude, comfortable diving into details and taking ownership of tasks.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
GBR base pay range per year: £117,000 - £157,000
