About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic professional to co-lead and support program excellence in the Lending business of GoTo Financial, specifically on implementing solutions that cut across the product lines / platforms today. The ideal candidate will assist the Head of Department in scoping out the project/business initiative with the requestor, before following through all aspects of the program lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure independently.
Responsibilities include facilitating day-to-day meetings, program cadences, preparing materials for management update meetings, driving alignment, and documenting minutes of meetings for follow-up and closure. Specifically, this role requires program governance by maintaining well-documented and archived records to meet audit requirements. As a change agent in Lending, the candidate will propose new ways of working to enhance operational efficiency, business effectiveness, and team collaboration.
This is a challenging role because it requires strong change management skills, especially in the adoption of the solutions that may pose resource constraints on existing priorities. This role requires strong collaboration within the Project & Program Management Office to ensure portfolio synergy, internally with Lending/GoTo Financial/GoTo stakeholders, and also externally with partners from time to time. Where bandwidth permits, this role could also be assigned product/platform level projects and business initiatives.
What You Will Do
- Develop and own end-to-end program plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for ongoing, upcoming phases, or new programs
- Monitor progress of program initiatives with stakeholders (ie. weekly cadences) to highlight plan deviations, resolve issues, and propose corrective actions to remove implementation blockers for timely launch
- Collaborate closely within internal Project & Program Management Office team to ensure all cross-product and platform initiatives are synergised at program excellence level
- Act as a point of escalation for program initiatives’ issues, mediate issues, and ensure stakeholder’s expectations are met
- Examples of lending program excellence initiatives include collaboration areas with other SMEs at the entity level, in loan channelling, regulatory compliance, procurement, finance, partnerships, etc
What This Role Needs
- Possesses at least 4 years of work experience in the financial/fintech industry, with deep understanding of the lending laws and regulations. Knowledge about e-commerce/transport is a plus
- Experience in driving mid to large-scale cross-functional projects and/or programs, particularly in lending products (including cash loan, buy now pay later, merchant financing, vehicle financing, etc)
- Well-versed in speaking & writing in English, Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is a plus
- Comfortable working under pressure with strict implementation timelines and scope challenges
- Detail-oriented and results-driven

Hard Skills
- Project / Program management skills, ideally CAPM certified will be advantageous
- Process improvement skills, ideally Six Sigma Green Belt certified will be advantageous
- Data analytic skills to prioritise initiatives based on impact and effort
- Good working knowledge of Project Management tools like Jira, Lark and Google Suites
