Able to:
1. Understand the core processes related to Patient Support within a Commercial Life Sciences organization.
2. Conceptualize a new features, new or modified processes and elicit and contribute to the definition and requirements for enabling these, most often within Client Health Cloud, but often involving other related commercial platforms and processes including GxP and client's experience.
3. Document both business level requirements and detailed requirements as well as epics and users stories that provide clear, unambiguous requirements for business users and development team members.
4. Create and contribute to test strategy, plans and scripts as well as test execution, triage and review acting as the primary client interface.
5. Interface and effectively communicate with clients in various different functional areas, both business and technical.
6. Prepare for, facilitate and lead effective and productive meetings to include high quality client presentations.
7. Contribute to the growth of the LS Commercial Consulting Practice through new business development, knowledge sharing, interviews, training, mentoring, operational activities etc.
