We are looking for a Content Assistant to join our Product Team. Your mission will be to streamline content operations, ensure proper content structuring, and support seamless integration within our product. You’ll play a key role in maintaining content quality, troubleshooting issues, and improving documentation, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for our users.
Your Impact:
- Collaborate daily with content managers, developers, and product teams to manage and optimize content.
- Upload, structure, and ensure the accuracy of content in the admin panel.
- Identify and report content-related bugs, working closely with developers to resolve them.
- Assist in optimizing content workflows, leveraging AI tools for content generation and automation.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for content processes.
- Conduct content testing and quality checks to ensure flawless user experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and free of errors
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) / admin panels.

- Willingness to work with AI tools for content generation.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and report content issues.

- Experience in writing and maintaining content documentation.
