The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, charismatic, and motivated Inside Sales Coordinator who likes talking to, helping, and educating customers on estimates given by our Comfort Advisors and assisting with day-to-day customer service responsiblities.

Inside Sales Coordinator Compensation & Benefits

• Our Inside Sales Coordinator averages over $28/hour. Compensation is comprised of $18-22/hour + performance bonuses
• Health Insurance (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
• 40 hours of PTO + 1 additional day of PTO during your birthday month
• 40 hours of Sick/Personal time
• 6 paid holidays

Inside Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from potential customers looking to book estimates.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers/members to follow up on estimates given for unit replacements and repairs.
• Call all leads that come in from outside lead sources to book estimates.
• Assist CSRs with day-to-day job duties. Answer inbound calls from prospective and current customers

Inside Sales Coordinator Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceTitan experience
  
• Previous call center, customer service, or dispatching experience
• Outbound (but not cold calling) appointment setting or sales call experience

Inside Sales Coordinator Requirements

• Willing to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
• Willing and able to reliably commute to our office
• High school diploma or equivalent

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5 pm
