Maintenance Operative - Pool and Hot Tubs

<p><strong>We enjoy looking after people, that’s what great people do.</strong></p><p>Our Property Team provide planned and reactive maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff at the Bedruthan and Scarlet Hotel.</p><p>We need a strong Property team member who will be responsible for managing the Swimming Pool areas and plant rooms across both sites, ensuring the upkeep and maintaining these to a high standard.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Maintaining and monitoring pool, leisure &amp; plant room areas</p><ul><li>Ensuring health &amp; safety procedures are adhered and in-line with normal operating procedure</li><li>Pool testing</li><li>General maintenance to assist the Property team </li></ul><p>Working both within a team and independently, you will need to be capable of carrying out a range of different maintenance tasks, though your primary responsibility will be the pool facilities and plant rooms. </p><p>It is imperative you carry out work, whilst maintaining a clean and tidy area, both during and after work is carried out.
