Fullstack Tech Lead
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Tech Lead with a strong background in software design, development, and architecture. If you are passionate about technology, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a proven track record in leading fullstack development initiatives, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions with an emphasis on backend development (80%) and frontend development (20%).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver impactful technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and agile methodologies.
Innovate and think creatively to solve real-world challenges with modern technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development, with a solid foundation in computer science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
Extensive expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), architectural patterns, and design principles.
Proficient in Java with experience in building large-scale applications.
Strong experience in RESTful Services, open-source platforms, and web technologies.
Hands-on experience with
JavaScript frameworks such as
Node.js,
Express, and familiarity with libraries like
Marko.js and
Vanilla.js.
Skilled in HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
Experience in developing data-driven applications using both relational databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.
Familiarity with big data and distributed systems technologies like Elasticsearch, Kafka, MapReduce, Hive, and Pig (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong expertise in agile development methodologies, ensuring iterative and incremental delivery of high-quality solutions.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a demonstrated ability to contribute to technology strategy and drive measurable business impact.
