Capchase is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. If you’re interested in venturing outside the norm and are ready to join a company with a proven and disruptive business model, we’d love to learn more about you.


🚀 The Job
• Coordinate with Head of Sales to define sales support initiatives and align to company and organization OKR’s and goals.
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Create written content to educate the sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
• Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
• Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team.
• Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
• Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
• Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
• Create new sales training content and update and integrate existing training content from different sources.
•  Aid in the development of methodology, processes, and best practices to streamline and improve sales enablement.
•  Constantly seek to evolve and refine the sales enablement process based on feedback.


🧠 Required Experience/Skills
• 2-4 years experience, Bachelor's Degree
•  BS or BA degree in instructional design, technical writing, or other related discipline
•  Expert knowledge of eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
•  Strong planning, project management and line management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
•  Demonstrable proficiency in course development and effective methods of knowledge transfer.
•  Demonstrable ability to devise creative methods for the transfer of technical information.
•  Agile mindset, prioritizing impact over activity, with a bias toward simple action to test, learn and improve.
•  Creative thinker willing to try new things in response to business needs.
•  Strong and transparent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales training designAbility to present information in a variety of learning styles
•  Ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion
•  Ability to review training materials with a fresh perspective
•  Ability to acknowledge content gap and seek successful solutions
