QA Automation Lead
Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN
12 month contract

Role and Responsibilities:
As an Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the automation efforts of UI applications and API services. You will work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Your role will involve coordinating resources, communicating with customers, participating in Agile-based projects, and contributing to the ongoing success of our automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance
• 6+ years of experience in automation of UI applications (using Selenium with Java) and API services (REST Assured)
• Very strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Gradle, REST Assured, KARATE Framework, and Appium
• Working experience with CI/CD tools
• Expertise in using JIRA and other test management tools like Quality Center / ALM
• Experience in working with Agile-based projects
• Ability to play a lead role by coordinating onsite and offshore resources, along with customer communications
• Experience in in-sprint and regression automation
• Participation in scrum calls

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UI and API automation using Selenium/Java and REST Assured.
• Ability to lead by coordinating onsite and offshore resources, managing customer communications, and overseeing day-to-day automation activities in projects.
