Your role as Senior Program Manager, Web Team Leader
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Web Program Team Leader to oversee the strategy and execution for two commercial websites and campaign landing pages. These B2B sites are critical to attracting potential business buyers, facilitating their evaluation process, and connecting them with our respective distribution network. You will be the primary point of contact for the client, translating business needs and challenges into actionable strategies and guiding the planning and execution of three direct report web strategists (each responsible for one website, or a set of campaign landing pages). This role also involves leading a larger team of direct reports, including delivery program managers, delivery project managers, an operations manager, and an analytics manager.
This role is remote and can be located in any US state, except for Hawaii. The person in this role is expected to work Pacific Time hours.
How you'll contribute
- Lead web strategy & execution for B2B enterprise-level sites.
- Oversee and mentor a team of strategists, program & project managers, ops lead, and analyst.
- Oversee creation and execution of roadmaps, optimize processes, and oversee performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches.
Your skills and approach
- 10+ years of website management & leadership experience.
- Proven success delivering multiple, concurrent, successful projects.
- Extensive knowledge of all aspects of the website lifecycle, from strategy and planning to design, development, content, SEO, paid media, and optimization.
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000/year. Actual salary will be determined based on relevant work experience, certifications, education, and geographical location of the hired candidate. The salary listed here is specific to this opening only.
