Roles and Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Sales / Bank teams for getting merchants onboard with partner banks
- On receipt of Terminal ID from partners/banks assist the merchants with completing their onboarding and go live with Razorpay POS.
- Speak to merchants to understand and address queries/concerns around integrations/transactions raised by internal or external stakeholders.
- Assist merchants/customers to complete pending activations on request
- Review the open tickets assigned to the team on Freshdesk and reply to queries related to the tickets.
- Escalate transaction related discrepancies with the partner banks or internally.
- Tracking and publishing relevant MIS on a regular basis.
Experience and skills we are looking for
- 2 – 3 Years of work experience in Operations or Related role.
- Strong command on MS Excel and powerpoint
- Exposure to the financial industry is an added advantage.
