We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Front End Developer specializing in React Native to play a key role in the development of our Mobile Applications. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build and enhance robust, scalable, and user-friendly applications. A strong background in frontend development, with a preference for those who have contributed to at least one significant React Native project. Additionally, extensive knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript are essential. Experience with Android and/or iOS mobile app development would be a significant advantage.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on mobile applications.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Proven experience in React Native development, preferably having contributed to at least one significant project.
- Experience with Android and/or iOS mobile app development would be a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux/Zustand/Mobx. * Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and design patterns.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Important Note: Strong React Native development experience is a MUST if you have this we would love to meet you :)
What you'll be working on
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native, ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and usability.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate requirements into functional and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Architect and implement new features and functionalities to enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, compatibility, and usability.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, and integrate new tools and techniques as appropriate.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to drive project success and delivery.
