What would I be doing?

As a Construction Laborer, otherwise known as a Mitigation Technician, you will provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services to people who have suffered property damage and value an excellent service experience. You will be responsible to...

Assess, document, and communicate the necessary plan to get a house back to a clean, safe, and dry environment
Wear personal protective equipment
Remove clean or dirty water and materials from the home
Carry and set up equipment
Demolish damaged parts of the house
Clean the house when finished
Other duties may be assigned

Strong work ethic and high standard of excellence
High level of integrity and trustworthiness, regardless of who is watching
Humility evident in a desire to be teachable and serve others, no matter the cost
Able to provide excellent customer service to our clients

What does compensation and benefits look like?

Hourly compensation, ranging from $16-$20 an hour, plus overtime opportunities
