Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Credit Cards business at Paytm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the end-to-end process, from credit card lead creation to card activation, and building a high-performing team to support this critical function.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for credit card lead generation, conversion, and activation.
2. Build and lead a team of professionals to support the credit card business, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
3. Drive process improvements and optimizations to enhance customer experience and business efficiency.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure alignment and maximum impact.
5. Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
6. Meet and exceed business targets, including lead volume, conversion rates, and card activation numbers

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in leading credit cards or related financial services businesses.
2. Strong understanding of the credit card industry, market trends, and customer needs.
3. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
4. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across functions and levels.
5. Results-driven, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding business targets

Nice to Have:
 Experience with digital payments and the fintech industry Familiarity with Paytm's products and services Knowledge of credit card regulations and compliance requirements
