Scope of the Role
We seek a rockstar Head of Implementations, skilled in both our platform and the staffing industry in general. Your role kicks in post-sale, where you'll impress clients with your platform expertise and staffing industry knowledge. Having experienced working in the industry first hand, you're adept at engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and leveraging our software to enhance their success.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Become the product and client onboarding expert.
- Lead all new client implementations for our mobile staffing platform.
- Guide clients in adopting the platform, ensuring timely task completion through effective project management.
- Coordinate with design, app publishing, development, and data migration teams.
- Manage concurrent projects with ongoing turnover.
- Conduct live training sessions on the entire platform as needed.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients for software and business-related queries.
- Maintain client relationships through regular calls (weekly/quarterly) to discuss feature optimization and upselling opportunities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich our helpdesk with articles, videos, and guides.
- Develop self-help resources to enhance client independence.
- Assist with support queries when available.
Requirements
- Passion for Software: Deep understanding of software with a constant drive to learn new tools and technologies.
- Staffing Background: Proven experience in staffing, with a strong grasp of industry practices and a fluency in 'staffing speak'.
- Communicating Value: Exceptional ability to translate the value proposition of our software into concrete benefits and real-world applications for the staffing industry.
- Essential Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage your workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
