Solver Growth & Development Partner ( HRBP Performance, Appraisal, and Remuneration Management)

We are a fast-paced, rapidly growing software consulting company with a team of 150 (and counting) talented professionals. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to drive our performance, appraisal, and remuneration management strategies.
Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. This role serves as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee development, and compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on performance and remuneration management. This is an in-office position. Remote may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management:
- Develop, implement, and review performance management processes and tools.
- Coach managers on setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and managing performance.
- Facilitate regular check-ins, goal setting, and performance reviews to drive employee growth and success.
2. Appraisal Management:
- Coordinate and manage the annual appraisal process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with company objectives.
- Train managers and employees on the appraisal process and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze appraisal data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions that support business goals.
3. Remuneration Management:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation packages attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the bonus and incentive programs to motivate and reward high performance.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, make recommendations, and drive informed decision-making.
- Prepare reports on HR key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance management, appraisal processes, and compensation strategies.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to HR.
- Experience with HR software and tools.
- Certification from a recognized HR body (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) would be an asset.
