Are you ready to lead the charge in driving technical excellence and customer success at AgentSync? We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Principal Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in winning our largest and most complex deals along with helping shape our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you will be a key link between our prospects, product, and long-term success. Your primary focus will be achieving the "technical win" by collaborating with prospects, account executives, and internal stakeholders. You will highlight our product's value through tailored and engaging demos, document use cases and requirements, and develop technical solutions based on your deep knowledge of Salesforce, the industry, and our product. You will set a new standard for effective product demonstrations, conduct thorough technical discovery and workshops, capture clear and comprehensive requirements, and provide valuable insights to address customer concerns through our solution and implementation strategies. Your influence will extend to shaping our product roadmap by using customer interactions to steer product strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge features. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering tailored solutions to ensure clients achieve maximum value from AgentSync. Your success will be measured by increasing win rates, higher ACV, high customer satisfaction, low change order rates, and the alignment of customer expectations during implementations. Salary:
In accordance with Colorado law, the following represents AgentSync’s reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role, if hired in Colorado.
Denver/Boulder Metro
$171,000 - $200,000 base plus quarterly variable
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in AgentSync’s equity program.
