About This Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Communications & VOC Specialist to join our growing Go-To-Market team. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating critical product updates externally to customers and partners as well as gathering feedback and insights to help drive our product strategy and fuel production adoption and customer/partner success.

The ideal candidate is:

  • Passionate about listening to customers and turning insights into action
  • Self-driven, curious and excited about building a new program from the ground up
  • A collaborative relationship builder that can work with cross-functional teams to gather intel and triage information
  • Analytical and has strong data analysis skills

Responsibilities:

  • The Voice of the Customer (VoC) specialist is responsible for championing the voice of the customer across product lines.
  • This role will be responsible for executing and enhancing a comprehensive VoC program that harnesses customer feedback to drive key opportunities for product optimization and product roadmap direction
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable influencing roadmaps, communicating value across multiple stakeholder audiences, working with product and development teams to implement changes, and delivering updates/results to senior leadership
  • Coordinate proactive product update communications across various channels, liaising with customer and partner marketing teams, and assisting with reactive communications such as addressing known issues or outage notifications.
  • Support the comprehensive VoC strategy and execution that aligns with our Go To Market goals and Customer Experience objectives
  • Leads the process of translating findings into actionable insights that influence decision making and business optimizations
  • Leads the qualitative and quantitative data collection design and VoC survey strategy based on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience with customer feedback and/or digital analytics data
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with key stakeholders to manage complexities, roadblocks, milestones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in VoC tools and platforms (e.g., Medallia, Qualtrics, Pendo)
