Linux/Unix developer requires:

 2-5 years of work experience Knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and shell scripting

 Knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems and shell scripting

 Experience with Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Docker

 Skillful at developing, designing, deploying and supporting applications.

 Basic knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases such as MySQL, PostreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra. • Experience with Git and in general with version control

 Identify and gain expertise in appropriate new technologies and/or software tools.

 Has experience in systems analysis, design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies

Linux/Unix developer duties:

 Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

 Involved in the full systems life cycle and is responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software that is delivered on time and within budget.

 Makes recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.

 Participate in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, product evaluation and buy versus build recommendations.
